- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Handle administrative requests and queries from the CEO
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Bachelor's degree or High School degree with equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Turkish and English language is a must.
